North Korean factory workers in Hyesan received 3 months of pay, but after heavy state deductions, it was less than the price of 1kg of rice. We pray for North Korean people to be preserved until the day they hear the gospel.

하나님의 말씀을 마음대로 볼 수 없고 성경을 소유할 수도 없는 북한 지하교회 성도들은 많게는 몇천 절, 적게는 몇백 절의 성경 구절을 암송하며 하나님을 예배한다. 또한 한 끼의 식사를 보장할 수 없는 상황에서도 기꺼이 자신이 가진 일부를 이웃들과 나누며 떡을 떼는 교제로 하나님의 사랑을 증거하고 있다.
“온 땅이 나의 것이니 너희가 내 음성에 순종하고 내 계약을 지키면 너희가 모든 민족 중에서 나의 보배로운 소유가 되고 나에게 제사장 나라가 되며 거룩한 민족이 되리라 하라 이것이 네가 이스라엘 자손에게 전할 말이다 하셨다” 출애굽기 19장 5~6절(남북한병행성경 북한어) 말씀으로 북한 지하교회를 축복합니다. 혼돈하고 음란한 이 세대 가운데 북한 지하교회가 오직 믿음으로 순전한 하나님의 말씀을 사랑하고 성령이 충만하여 삶이 곧 예배가 되고 하나님을 증거하는 그리스도인의 원형을 회복해 하나님을 찬양하는 교회가 되게 하옵소서.
