On November 1, North Korea reported that on October 31, it had successfully launched a series of test fires in connection with the launch of massive rockets (multiple rocket launchers). The launch focused on improving incomplete flight performance and continuous launch capability that was found during the first and second test rounds and it appears to have been a significant success. However, for the multiple rocket launchers to work properly, multiple shots must be made at the same time, so there is a good chance that there will be more than three or four additional shots in the near future. If the supersized multiple rocket launchers and the new short-range missile is shot at the same time, it can break through the ROK-US missile defense network and destroy the Cheongju base or Seongju THADD base where the F-35 is deployed. We pray that NK will surrender before God, realizing that its new weapons can be a horrible trap that can lead to ruin.
“Tell them this: ‘These gods, who did not make the heavens and the earth, will perish from the earth and from under the heavens.’” But God made the earth by his power; he founded the world by his wisdom and stretched out the heavens by his understanding. (Jeremiah 10:11-12)
Lord, who spoke that idols will perish, we raise up to you this situation of North Korea boasting another idol in the form of supersized multiple rocket launchers. It is only you God, who can make the nations and tribes either flourish or perish. We pray that North Korea will understand the power of the almighty God, know its own limitations, and realize that its pride is nothing but a sandcastle. May North Korea fall before you Lord, instead of building a stiff neck of pride.
