“The updated version of the Bible with the Old and New Testament combined is underway. Specifically, this Bible is translated from Hebrew to South Korean and then to North Korean, a total of two translations. We are preparing and praying that the Bible will be ready for printing soon. Please pray that the translators and the experts who will be proofreading and supervising the translations will be filled with wisdom, power, and strength to complete this task. Please also pray that these Bibles will be sent to each of the 5.9 million households in North Korea.”
Lord, we praise you for hearing and answering the sincere prayers of the North Korean believers in persecution. We praise you for starting this work of updating the North Korean Bible and we trust that you will give wisdom and strength to those who are translating and proofreading the new version. May the translation be completed soon in order for it to be distributed into the hands of those who need it the most. May the lives of those who receive your Word never be the same again and may you receive all the glory. We pray in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
