[Prayer] Impact of recent Chinese situation ①
The Chinese annual March meetings, called “Two Sessions”, which are the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and the National People’s Congress, were held from March 3 to 15. At this meeting, fundamental solutions to serious problems such as financial insolvency and corruption of the bureaucratic society were reserved, and instead, ‘maintaining growth in stability’ was set as a stop-gap policy. In other words, it expressed its intention to pursue domestic economic growth and prevent the economic slowdown through all-round external opening. But the reality of China is that the political and economic difficulties of the past have become so severe that they’re like a time bomb; we never know when they’re going to explode.
We pray that the Chinese government would not dare to plan evil things that are against God’s will on China.
