[Prayer] Kim Jong-un’s latest speech at the Supreme People’s Assembly

Kim Jong-un said in a speech to his country’s rubber-stamp legislature, the Supreme People’s Assembly, on April 12, “We will not make any concessions or compromises in matters related to the fundamental interests of the nation and the people.” This is a reference to the nuclear issue, which means that there is absolutely no complete, and permanent dismantling of nuclear facilities in North Korea. He also said, “I think we shouldn’t obsess with a summit with the United States only because we are thirsty for sanctions relief. I wait patiently until the end of the year for the United States to make a bold decision to abandon its current calculation and approach us with a new one.”

Diplomatic sources said, “Kim Jung-un seems to be heading into a strategy of enduring that he believes President Trump will be lowering the denuclearization standard when he is in the US presidential race at the end of the year.” We pray that North Korea will not choose the wrong way to deny the offer of the United States and to endure sanctions.

Pray that the Lord your God will tell us where we should go and what we should do.”
