[Prayer] Pray for the North Korean fishermen who risk their lives for fishing
Since October this year, more than 100 North Korean fishing boats have been flooded to the Japanese coast. All were empty fishing boats used for catching squids. Japanese fishermen who witnessed the North Korean fishing boats testified, “It was a small wooden boat that was not suitable for sea fishing. Riding this kind of boat gets oneself killed.” In fact, last year alone, more than 100 North Korean fishing boats and 35 dead bodies were found in the Japanese sea.
Despite constant human casualties, the North Korean authorities have been forcing to do a fishing with a policy of increasing their marine products. Fishermen, once they go out on a squid sail, earn about $ 200 each by risking their own lives. The number of North Korean fishing boats illegally trafficked in Japan’s exclusive economic zone this year amounts to 5,000. Prayer is needed for the North Korean people who take the risk of riding a squid fishing boat. God! Don’t let the North Korean authorities abuse their own people for the sake of money.
