[Prayer] Inability to Send Money to North Korean Family Under COVID-19 Impact

When North Korean defectors remit money to their families in North Korea, they usually send it through brokers in China. However, due to the spread of COVID-19, all roads between China and North Korea have been blocked. As a result, there has been no way to send money to people in North Korea. It is not only impossible to provide money to cover the livelihoods of the families in North Korea, but it is also difficult to supply Bibles and goods that were being brought into North Korea through various helping hands. We pray that the situation will open for human resources and supplies to be transported back and forth and that the spiritual and physical needs of the North Korean people will be met.

“Surely God is my help; the Lord is the one who sustains me.” Psalm 54:4

Lord, we lift up to you the situation where almost all economic flows to North Korea are cut off due to the blockade of North Korea. North Koreans living with money sent from South Korea and abroad, will be greatly affected and the lives of North Korean believers will become more difficult. Lord, have mercy on them so that they may be filled with the foods and necessities of life that will strengthen the spirit, soul, and body, and may they experience that you are their help and the one who sustains them.

We pray in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
