During the Mount Paektu White Horse Climbing earlier this month, Kim Jong-Un said, “To know the revolutionary spirit of our party, we must receive a great deal of cultural education through the exploration of revolutionary sites. We have to study at Mount Paektu University.” This calls for learning the “superhuman survival spirit” of the anti-Japanese partisans who have won even in the cold without a grain of rice. On the 10th of this month, a march of propaganda workers climbed Mt. Paektu through a blizzard, and in the future, 8 million youths are to be bound to the Mt. Paektu march formation. We pray that the idolatry and the dictatorship regime that moves according to a single word of Kim Jong-Un will fall down and that they will become a nation that worships and obeys God.
For of this you can be sure: No immoral, impure or greedy person—such a person is an idolater—has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God. Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of such things God’s wrath comes on those who are disobedient. (Ephesians 5:5-6)
Lord, who spoke that an idolater cannot inherit your kingdom, we lift up to you North Korea, where the sins of idolatry are committed nationally and systematically under the three hereditary dictatorships. May abominable deeds of worshiping your creation be ceased, and instead may your name that is above all gods be spread and exalted in that land.
We pray in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
