[Prayer] The reason why North Korea has developed tourist destinations around missile bases
The Convention of Workers’ Party of Korea will be held this April. In addition, there will be an 8th Party Convention next April. North Korea is carrying out large-scale construction projects ahead of these meetings. There are currently 15 areas under development. 70% of the area is a tourist destination. The problem is that they are all adjacent to the missile base. North Korea is strategically pursuing construction, keeping in mind that neither the United States nor South Korea are hitting sightseeing spots. Since there are 15 construction sites, 560,000 soldiers are mobilized for the constructions. 56 divisions, more than 40% of the North Korean troops are put in.
Through all of this, Kim Jong Un has been trying to be in control of his entire political organization, from the Party and the Supreme People’s Assembly to the local administration so that he can strengthen his political power over his people.
The development of tourist sites around missile bases is a testament to the lack of willingness to denuclearize. We must pray that North Korea ‘s cunning strategy, which keeps killing weapons while deceiving the international community, will be revealed and the threat of nuclear weapons will be eliminated. Above all, we need to pray that North Korea will be opened to receive the Gospel.
“For there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed,
and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open.”
