[Prayer] Protect the North Korean people from starvation

North Korea’s largest iron ore producer, Musan Mine in North Hamgyong Province, was found to have stopped operating due to the sanctions on North Korea. In fact, the supply of in-kind rice, corn and oil, which has been exchanged with minerals, seems to have been cut off as China’s export routes are blocked. According to reports, the distribution of food and the mineral production have been stopped, which makes the residents who are struggling to survive scattered and scattered. It is also said that the scene of sitting children on the side of the road who have been abandoned by their parents can be frequently witnessed. On the ground, it is even said that the current situation is similar to the North Korea famine (The Arduous March). Nonetheless, the North Korean authorities are pouring astronomical money into developing nuclear weapons that are necessary to maintain the system, not paying attention to the suffering of the residents. It is said that those who brag about the sword shall perish by the sword. Prayers are needed to make sure that the current system of North Korea collapses and a leader who fears God rises up so that all the residents of North Korea can freely worship God.

In Lamentations 5: 1, 3, 5, God says, “Remember, Lord, what has happened to us; look, and see our disgrace. We have become fatherless; our mothers are widows. Those who pursue us are at our heels; we are weary and find no rest.” I lift up the people of Musan, whose livelihoods are under threat due to the worst economic situation. Due to the suspension of the operation of the Musan mine, the residents eke out a living as they worry about the meal. In addition, the number of people who wander away from their families has increased. The little children to be protected are abandoned and become orphans. Please deal with the North Korean authorities that do not give up their nuclear weapons but drive the economy to worsening rather than looking back at the difficult lives of their people. Please protect those who are suffering from this hardship and let them hear the gospel. Also, may daily food and necessities be provided for them. I pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen!
