[Prayer] Pray for the inter-Korean summit in Pyongyang!
A South Korean visiting group including businessmen, singers and songwriters visited Pyongyang for an inter-Korean summit held on the afternoon of September 18th and the morning of 19th. When President Moon left the Blue House this morning, he told his staff that if the talks resume between the United States and North Korea, it is meaningful, and he did not want a new declaration or consensus. Among the agenda of the inter-Korean summit talks, “Enhancement and development of inter-Korean relations, arbitration and promotion of the dialogue between the United States and North Korea for denuclearization, inter-Korean military tension, and end of war threat,” experts in South Korea predict that discussions between the two leaders about the denuclearization will not be discussed concretely.
We must pray that the plan of North Korea to gain wrong profits through the inter-Korean summit will be stopped, the two-night and three-day summit will be the time when everything discussed between the two leaders and the officials fulfills God’s will, not man’s will, the inter-Korean agreement on the denuclearization will be practically done well with the action on nuclear disposal North Korea takes, and God will lead the South and North to be united as one through the Gospel.
In Psalm 9: 9-10, God says, “The LORD is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble. Those who know your name trust in you, for you, LORD, have never forsaken those who seek you.” I lift up the inter-Korean summit held in Pyongyang. Let the plot of North Korea to gain wrong profits through the inter-Korean summit be stopped. During the inter-Korean summit meeting, let all the discussions between the two leaders of South and North Korea and the officials fulfill God’s will, not the will of man. I pray for North Korea to take an action of nuclear dismantlement in order to achieve a real actional agreement, not just an agreement that has only talks about peaceful reunification. Please lead South Korea and North Korea to be one by gospel unification. I pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen!
