Korea Reconciliation Initiative Network, KRIN held 2016 Mayday Consultation on September 25th to 27th in Seoul Korea. Representing the international churches and organizations Forty-five delegates from United States, Canada, Brazil, Japan, India, China, Australia and Malaysia joined thirty-three delegates from South Korean Churches. Thirty-Five active Cornerstone Ministries International Staff members participated in the Mayday Consultation with twenty CMI intercessory prayer team leaders supporting. So total of 113 delegates with 20 intercessory prayer team leaders gathered for Mayday Consultation.
It was a time to assess and fill in the missing parts for the preparing of opening of North Korea in examining the 12 Service Sectors. 12 Service Sectors: 1) Prayer, 2) Relief Support 3) Children & Youth 4) Reconciliation, 5) Trauma Counseling, 6) Church Planting, 7) Bible/Literature Distribution, 8) Radio and Media, 9) Sports and Arts, 10) Church Construction, 11) Leadership Development, 12) Sustainable Development. International and South Korean partnering organizations worked collaboratively to develop action plans and next steps for moving forward.
Much prayer went into before and during the Mayday Consultation. Prayer meeting was joined with the twenty Cornerstone Intercessory Prayer Team leaders who prayed throughout the meeting. And after the official meeting ended, each evening many gathered to pray for Gospel Peaceful Unification Ministries.
We need your prayers so that God will use KRIN, a network will continue to grow consisting of International and Korean Churches & Organization with Cornerstone Ministries, will rescue the NK people, restore the church and rebuild the community.
