There was a monthly prayer meeting held by the Cornerstone Ministries at 7pm on Monday 26th of September in Jung Dong Church located near the city hall. In the prayer meeting, we pray for North Koreans who are suffering from the flood and ask God for mercy and grace upon the Korean peninsula. We need more prayers for those who lost houses and families because of the recent typhoon and the heavy rain. Please pray for them to get much practical help. Please also pray for peace in the two nations while the North has carried on its 5th nuclear test. We need your prayers.
Father, thank You for the Scripture in Nehemiah 1 verse 4 “And it came to pass, when I heard these words, that I sat down and wept, and mourned certain days, and fasted, and prayed before the God of heaven,” Lord we give you thanks for allowing us to hold monthly prayer meetings for North Korea. We pray for those who are perishing due to the lack of knowledge of God and for peace upon the Korean peninsula. Father, send more prayer warriors who have mourn for the Kingdom of God and let us listen to Your voice and guidance. Let Your people arise and come before You to pray and praise. We believe the two Koreas will be one and filled with the Word of God in peace. In Jesus name we pray. Amen
